The Monmouth County Foreclosure sales are normally held as an open auction every Monday at 2:00pm in the Hall of Records, 1 East Main Street, Freehold, NJ in the Freeholder's Meeting Room on the 2^nd floor. In the event that Monday is a holiday, the auction is re-scheduled to the next day (Tuesday) at the same time and place. Homes, businesses and properties in foreclosure are subject to auction pursuant to court order.
